Totally unexpected holiday that's only been celebrated since the 2nd century AD, that couldn't possibly have figured into estimates.

I believe jan.n15 was saying that it has not been updated because of the Easter holiday, not that there was a delay in shipping due to the holiday. Also, they don't update the page frequently; I believe it's something like every 2 weeks.

They're definitely working on shipments right now. I had a 2nd shopping label created just this morning for my January 8th order that was delayed (probably due to extra requests and additional items). Hopefully it ships out today, the wait is getting hard with it close to 90 days since ordering.

Surely it will be updated soon. I think we can trust that this team is doing their best to get us our products as fast as possible without compromising quality. It does suck to be dragged around - I thought my week 4 order would be on it's way a month ago - but I think this product will produce the results and longevity that will make the initial wait well worth it.

I'm having issues with the wait at this point. I ordered Feb 2 and they were glad to take my money immediate and the anticipated ship was early March. Since then they changed the product I ordered (No PEI Sheet and i'll have to pay extra if I want to receive it now) as well as pushed the ship date continually. There has been no communication from them regarding any of the changes except through SM and posts on their page. I wont cancel my order at this time(If I even am able) but I am still frustrated and have begun to doubt my purchase.

The PEI coated sheet you will receive with your printer is more expensive than the Texture Powder Coated Sheet. It is more forgiving, and less easily damaged. Receiving the Sticker sheet, is a FREE UPGRADE. I have used both. And it is AN UPGRADE. (Though the texture is unique) the Smooth PEI sticker sheet is.
1. Easier to use.
2. Repairable. (You can replace the sheets. The powder coated ones, once damaged can *NEVER* be repaired. (Unless you elaborately dissolve the PEI with expensive chemicals, and put a sticker on it... but that would likely cost more than just buying the PEI sticker spring steel sheet)

I heard the entire powder coated spring steel sheet story, from someone I would consider a reliable source, and I honestly am *AMAZED* with what they are doing to make a promise they made happen. I doubt *ANY* other company in the *WORLD* would go to the lengths they are going to, to make it happen. Don't ask for details, about this convo, I will not share them, it was a PRIVATE discussion.

PS: You *CAN* cancel your order at any time for a full refund if I am not mistaken. 🙂

The shipping status/estimates page seems no longer updated.

The page states that:

delays caused by quality control during the manufacturing process on any of the components can occur unexpectedly, we update the shipping table immediately as such delays happen

The dates of March 29th and April 2nd have not flipped to shipping, nor have the dates been updated (they are now in the past). This makes the shipping page a week out of date.

The update was only 1 week ago. I would not worry about it too terribly much. Also, it appears that you bring this up you have ordered a pre-assembled unit, which is already 3-4 weeks ahead of kit orders! It looks like they will start making printers to order, here in another 2 weeks when it comes to pre-assembled. (Joe is all about making the printers as they ship, having NO inventory)

If you were supposed to ship the 2nd of April, I would expect you to get shipping/tracking info this week. 😉

I finally got a label printed email this morning along with a tracking number. A couple hrs later I checked the tracking and there was an
export scan done with a projected delivery date of 4-9-18. My machine was ordered week 3 (1-21-18). I understand they are busy and behind. What I don't like is the crap they give you in the chat sessions. I've chatted with them 3 different times since the 26th asking for status reports and each time I got a different answer as to why my machine hasn't shipped yet. The 3rd time I chatted with them I did let them know how frustrated and disappointed I was getting with the whole process.
