replacing the PTFE retaining collet thingy

Where do you get one of the PTFE black retaining collets that keeps the PTFE tube in the heat spreader?

I had to take apart my entire hotend to clear up some blockage issue and I destroyed the PTFE collet retainer. cannot seem to find a source for these except buying another hotend!

Not sure what part you're referring to... Could you post a picture of what you think you destroyed and what your hot end currently looks like?

Thanks,
Ken

Re: replacing the PTFE retaining collet thingy

Try e3d-online for a replacement bowden collet, in the hot end/components.
