PSU Failure
My PSU failed yesterday while printing with PETG. My printer, a i3 MK3 kit, has been operational for about 3 weeks. I'm pretty bummed about this as it appears to be a fairly common problem. Customer Service via the chat was pretty responsive. They have indicated a new PSU will be shipped on Tuesday but I have to contact them for shipping info.
I am looking into a backup. Thanks to all who have taken this journey, 😉 designed parts and researched solutions. Your help has been invaluable.

I reported my PSU issue to customer service via webchat Saturday afternoon. A brand new PSU arrived at my front door this evening via UPS. That's all the way from Czech Republic to New Jersey in 3 days with one of those days a Sunday.
