Prusa orange PET slight warp on corners

any one having the same issues when trying to print the new parts using prusa slic3r?

im using 1 layer of glue stock and seem to get slight warp in the corner of the parts ( currently X end idler and motor)

interested if anyone else is having similar issues?

iv never had this issue before on glass with gluestick and PET

seems im also getting the same effect if i print the extruder assembly parts in colorfabb xt as well.

Prusa Orange PETG, printing upgrade parts on bare PEI cleaned with Windex, Slic3r PE, 5 perimeters 30% infill, 240/90. No warp here.

I'm UK too, the Windex I have been using for the last 6 months is the one from Amazon.co.uk. I'm printing one of these x motor ends right now on bare PEI, cleaned with the Windex, no warping. Is it definitely Prusa Orange PETG i.e. from Prusa, and also check your temps - I'm using 240/90.

I didn't get warping with the stock Prusa settings for PET in Slic3r.

Have you tried a brim? It should be an early go-to for issues like this.

I too was getting problems, my fix was to lower cooling fan speed. Is it okay to only use Windex on the PEI sheet? I was under the impression not using glue stick would damage the PEI...

I have never used glue on the Prusa PEI sheets. I use Windex for PETG or 99% Isoprop or Acetone for other filaments.

window cleaner is an alternative to the glue stick, see Handbook, 11.3, last paragraph

Re: Prusa orange PET slight warp on corners

Thanks Ibn and Alfred.W. I'll be reading the handbook shortly... I do have some minor scarring on my PEI sheet from printing PETG with glue stick... Maybe the windex will be a little better. I'll have to compare the ingredients of Windex to the stuff my wife buys or just go buy some Windex and be done with it.
