Poor layers
Here's a video example.
I dont know how to fix this. My temps are 220/60 for PLA+. I've tried other filaments , different temps, and even checked my extruder calibrations, but that shouldnt be a issue with the bondtech. Im using the stock slic3r 0.2 profile. With the lastest firmware.

I think your X and Y end pulleys are a bit too tight. Try unscrewing the center screws slightly. And check the Belt status values (under Support).
