No, as far as has been indicated, it's a byoπ scenario.
Reasoning being the RP0W Is difficult/impossible to get in quantity supposedly.
Question on the topic for those interested, would it be a good idea to have a section just for Raspberry Pi and Octoprint, as well as all different variants of the hardware and system compatible?

I guess the answer to the initial question is yes;-)
You need a raspberry pi and connect it to your Einsy board in order to have wifi and octoprint capabilities. Without an external computer the MK3 lacks wifi and octoprint.
Regarding the forum: I think any raspberry pi topics can be discussed well under the MK3 forum, no need for an extra forum imho
