New build LCD not working

I've assembled my new Prusa printer.

It's plugged in. The PSU light is on and the light inside the electronic box is illuminated. Both LCD cables are connected per instructions.

Nothing appears in the LCD display. I don't have any idea what to do.

Suggestions please.

David

Wrong forum, but make sure the LCD cables are not crossed. It's quite easy to miss.

Double check the connections on the Rambo board: it is easy to misalign the connector to the pins as there is no housing around them if I remember correctly.

Remember. The colour band on the ribbon cable goes to the rambo pin ten end of the connector.

Yes i know that.s not normal. But it is what is needed to make things work. Regards Joan
