MMU on MK2.5 or MK3 ?
Hello.
I have a MK2 (sept 2017) and soon the MK2.5 kit. (for MMU too).
I am waiting to mount the MMU (comming with the MK2) to know well my recent Prusa.
I decide to buy a MK3 .
Simple question : mount the MMU on the MK2.5 or on the MK3 ?
And the reasons : fast, quality, for the MK3 ? ...
PS : the MK2 work fine.

HI Claire,
if you already have the MMU it's probably the original version without filament sensors,
if you dont want to upgrade the mmu, fit it to a mk2, as you are not going to lose the benefit of the filament sensor
alternatively upgrade the mmu as well and fit it to a mk2.5 or a Mk3 where you can use the filament sensors.

I don't think the MK2 MMU is compatible with the MK3.

Hello.
I order the kit for MMU, kit which is done for MK2.5 or MK3 ; So i can mount on MK2.5 or MK3 (if i'm not mistaken) => dilemma
And i think i use the "one extruder" as much as the "multi".

I plan to keep my Mk3 as single extruder and upgrade my mk2 mmu to new upgraded mmu... i have mk2.5 and mmu upgrades on order
