Missing trapezoid nuts

I just have received the mk3 kit and assembling it i realised the trapezoid nuts from the leadscrew are missing, so everything is even more delayed now. And support is telling me that they will adress this problem in two days...

Thinks that this is quite unrealistic after 3 months waiting for the kit...

Re: Missing trapezoid nuts

the trapezoid nuts are usually in the motors box, already screwed onto the motor shafts

OKay, logically i've dismantelled the box before even contacting to support...
There are no trapezoid nuts on my kit... it's as unbelievable as it sounds

If they arent on the Z-axis motor leadscrews, contact support. They will fix it.

What else are we supposed to say? "Try looking under the couch cushions, I think I saw one of them under there." ?

That's what my wife would say... or "maybe it fell out of the box on the porch"

Re: Missing trapezoid nuts

I also seem to have received motors with no trapezoid nuts. If I could figure out how to attach an image I'd do so, but suffice it to say, no nuts, and nowhere else in the box. Perhaps a step was missed in assembly of the kit:?

Re: Missing trapezoid nuts

Mine came missing the tools....I'm hoping that's all that was missing. I've got the Y and X axes built so far.

That is strange. You get the total weight list from the checkpoint and missing tools should mean big difference. A lot of strange mistakes lately 😐
