How to Adjust Speed of Extruder Stepper Motor
First off let me state I am getting an inconsistent flow from the nozzle.
I have replaced the nozzle thinking it may have been a clog.
I have already adjusted the two bolts that produce the tension around the filament idlers and made sure they aren't too loose or too tight... I have unloaded and loaded filament multiple times trying to achieve a decent flow drop (?)
I have taken a needle and cleaned the grooves on the idlers.
The idler itself seems to spin fine and I have made sure the filament lined up with the grooves.
After doing all of this I got to thinking that the motor itself seems to be spinning slowly/weakly... Now to my question... Is there a way to adjust the speed of the stepper extruder motor?

Load filament: mark spots 95, 100, and 110 mm up the filament from the extruder. Then manually extrude 100 mm using the LCD controls. Verify the 100mm mark is now at the extruder. If it isn't 100 mm, then consider changing the Slic3r extrusion multiplier (or flow rate at the printer).
