First layer issues
I have had my MK3 since January and its been great, but i have started seeing issues with my first layer. This is a single .2mm layer. Any ideas what would cause these gaps? you can see one side is fine, but the other isnt touching. my first layer height is set to -0.515.
Re: First layer issues
When was the last time you calibrated the Z-Axis? Could just be one side is a bit higher than the other.
Re: First layer issues
I agree with Reid. You need to do the FULL Z calibration. I always use the "wizzard"... not sure to do only that.
Also, your live Z is too high. I see many more issues than just massive underextrusion on one side. 😉
Even the "good" side, is too "high".

Re: First layer issues
I did a Z calibration right before this print. How is my z height too high? You would see the gaps across the print, not just in one corner if it was too high.
Re: First layer issues
you guys were right, i ended up readjusting Z again and it is much better

Did you do the full "This will take 12 minutes" z calibration, or just the LiveZ?
Good to know you got it better though. 🙂

I did a full re-calibration. Multiple live Z adjusts. I think i finally have it back to normal again.
