First and second layer problems

Hi,

I have had my printer for a couple months with everything working. Then I updated it and now is prints the first and second layer with like scraps or scratches. I tried messing with the z height and recalibrating, but its not helping.

Did you re-calibrate your Live-Z? The previous setting may have been lost during the update. It looks like your Live-Z settings is too low (too negative) and snagging the filament. I'd suggest recalibrating your printer (the "life adjust" method is recommended).

I've tried messing with the live z calibration, it's on -597. It still scrapes at like -500 and doesn't stick to the bed higher than that. Where is the life adjust?

Cool thanks I tried this and it looks better. I'm at -535, but there are still little gaps on one corner and the other looks fine. Do I keep going lower or is the bed unlevel.
