Filament Sensor Not Responding
I've checked, rechecked and checked the wiring again, and the wizard fails stating that I need to check the wiring for the filament sensor. I've got the printer running by calibrating without the "wizard" and now when I try to turn the filament sensor on it states that it's not responding and to check the which I did ... again ... white wire to the top of the extruder, white wire to the left on the lower set of pins in the connector below the lcd connectors on the board, checked continuity using a multi meter to ensure no breaks in the wires. Could I have a bad Filament Sensor?

Yes, it could be faulty (you wouldn't be the first).
Contact support via webchat in the store - and disconnect the filament sensor cable - they have melted the extruder housing a few times.

After printing about half a roll of filament the filament sensor now works, perhaps there was a stray wisp of filament blocking the sensor??? I've ordered a spare sensor from the web store just in case.. Thank you for your reply.
