Filament placement
I am just finishing the MK3 build and will be housing it in an IKEA cabinet that I had for my MK2.
I have added an extension box to the back so that the bed will move to full extremities and y cable won't foul. With this setup, I can have the LCD mounted to the frame.
Problem is, with the printer placed where it is, I don't have enough room for the filament roll which I mount on a curtain rail attached to the cabinet.
I was wondering if there are any issues if I was to place the filament in front of the frame (instead of behind it). I will have room to do this in the cabinet and it will not foul with the Z axis operation.
I'm assuming this would be ok but not sure if I will introduce any issues with cooling and air flow etc.
