Customer Service - Order Dept Not Responding?
I am trying to get in contact from a customer service rep at Prusa. I placed an order for a printer on Dec27th. I need to change or cancel this order. Preferably just change the order details and maintain position in queue. I am not having any luck getting a response from them. Is there a phone number I can try calling? Anyone have any advice?

I put a note in the message box on the order detail page for the specific order and received a response in a short time on the two occasions I tried it.

I was just able to get in touch with them a little over an hour ago. They were able to change my MK3 order to MK2S without any issues. I used the online chat and it was truly painless. Perhaps try again in a little bit? It's currently after hours in Prague. (9PM at the time of this writing)

Open that and you can chat direct to support who should be able to help you with your order.
