Bloomin huge print farm
Just spotted the latest blog post from Prusa....300 Printers in their print farm. Yikes.

Their 'leccy bill must be huge 😀 Looks like a cool setup though. Should be able to make 250 printers a day, providing they can get the other components together quickly enough.
Re: Bloomin huge print farm
If one printer takes 27 hours to print the parts for another printer, that one printer is printing 89% of a printer in 24 hours. So, if they have 300 printers, that's 266 printers in 24 hours. Let's call it 200 after discards.
As per the last blog, Josef said they have 7000 orders. Let's call that 10000 just to account for anything new. So, that would mean that it would take 50 days to until the parts for a newly placed order are printed. Is that inline with the current order delivery schedules?
Re: Bloomin huge print farm
I knew it was big, but seeing it in the video on the blogpost is mind blowing.
And then to think that all our orders comes from one or more of these printers, thats just fun.

It makes it easy to understand why noise was a priority on the MK3!
