So which are the correct bearings to get, LMU8 or LMU-N8? I ordered the LMU8's last week but haven't put them in yet. In looking at the site, one has a seal (LMU8) and the other doesn't (LMU-N8).

Likely just preference. I am using the LMU-N8's without issues, I just may need to be more careful about keeping my rods clean and ultimately have to degrease/clean them later on; however, I also get less friction/sticking due to the seals.
