Re: After PETG prints PLA no longer sticks
I have had this same issue, it happens especially bad when you print PETG directly on the PEI with no windex/glue. I don't know if the PETG leaves behind a residue or what, but here's what I do:
I have damaged my PEI in one small spot by PETG sticking so well to this surface, but this was mostly my fault for not cooling the sheet sufficiently before popping the print off (it was XYZ calibration cube number #4065, printed in that same spot as all the others, don't judge me 🙂 ). I have had good luck with PETG directly on the PEI with bed temp of 85-90c, providing you cool it down before removing print.
