Hi everybody,
on a personal note I just wanted to mention how awesome, I think, Prusa Research's customer support is.
I am not going to talk about the details but in my experience they try to do everything to make me, a random customer, happy with their purchase.
So even if I experienced some problems with my MK3, I am now confident that it will all be good in the end.
That is reassuring and totally makes the difference.
