Joe please pop over to the hot end factory and work on the next generation hot end
Changing nozzles is a nightmare.
I've already sheared one off in the heat block and replaced the entire hot end. I can't get the nozzle out and given how fragile it is I don't want a repeat.
Issues:
- move the wires to one side so a metal shroud can protect them from pliers and prints tearing off the bed.
- Make the heat block, nozzle, and supporting structure from hardened steel so I can't shear off parts. Add a flange and screw the silly thing down.
I will happily print slower to avoid these maintenance issues.

Wow. The forum software is awful. I ran out of time to edit my post and it threw away everything.
