Fan
Hey, I built Prusa mk2. I have question about large fan in extruder. When does it should work? It always stops. Thanks for help.

You mean the laptop-style fan with a funnel aimed towards the hot-end, correct? The slicing software can put in gcode commands to turn it off/on and specify the speed. Depending on the selected material the fan will or will not be used.

Hi jszewczyk,
If you are using Slic3r, it's defined in "Filament Settings" -> "Cooling".
As a general guidance, it should be activated for PLA and disabled for ABS.

Thanks works fine. I searched for a function tune > fan in menu, but in current version of firmware this option is disappeared.
