Add an option to (safely) override MINTEMP
Related to my thread http://shop.prusa3d.com/forum/original-prusa-i3-mk2-f23/mintemp-t2507.html .
There should be a way to safely override MINTEMP safety.
Perhaps like for a certain short timespan, so the bed can heat enough itself - beyond MINTEMP.
i.e. Override MINTEMP for a minute - no harm can be done.
I know that I can heat it with some sort of external heat, but this is clumsy.

I like that idea, just that the day has 24 hours only. We will add that to our todo list though.

I've found that I can heat the bed and extruder up using print from SD - the heaters activate but the print won't start. Sometimes it takes two attempts from the print menu. Once the temps are past the MINTEMP setpoint I cycle power to clear the error.

Yep, I know 🙂
Thanks for considering it, it'd be an annoyance less. Not that there are many, or better, can't even think about any other so far 🙂
