What is going on here???

What is going on here?  These are single layer hexagons for the Ultimate Prusa Casing, and some of them are turning out perfect but a lot of them are junk.  Is there anything I can check or adjust to get them to print better?  First layer looked perfect to me.  Im printing with Prusament orange PETG using the Prusament petg setting.  I'm lost-  I printed the entire bade in matte m=black PLA and it vade out perfect. Time for a new nozzle? Edit: before all you folks start talking about keeping your petg dry, I printed a perfect model with this same petg minutes before I started this one.  I also use a food dehydrator and silica gel in all my bags.  If they tear, they get a new bag.

Your not having a wet filament issue, you more then likely have something going on between your wall thickness and the seam placement, causing a cascading failure. I'm guessing your using the default perimeter generator.  This can be fixed in several different ways, but rather then play 50 questions it would be best if you posted a Zipped up .3mf project file exported from PrusaSlicer. That way we can take a more specific look at whats going on, and make better, more specific recommendations. If you don't Zip the file it will not be attach.

honeycomb-inlays.3mf

This is it, it's a single wall hexagon to fit into the base of the "coolgrade".  I have printed cave mode before no problem, it must have something to do with the stopping and starting, then it cascades into a bowl a spaghetti.

yeah ASA doesn't like PLA temperatures either!

My blob of Doom looked like it had been sanded smooth by the textured build plate!  🙂
