What causes this line issue? Do I need a new motor?

Ive been having issues for the last few weeks, can't figure out what my problem is. I bought a PTFE tube, going to replace it (but it's shipping). But recently it seems my prints look like this, this seems more mechanical though, since it's consistent. Is there anything I can do to fix it or do I need to buy another motor?
