Unable to print a multi colored ball

I am attempting to print a ball with other objects on it. The ball itself is 3 inches in diameter and the parts on the ball extrude 5mm into it. When i add the parts to the ball in the 3d view of Slic3r PE all looks fine. Once I go to slice it, all the added parts are gone and it just wants to print a single ball. I can print other multi color objects, but this one does not seem to want to print with multi colors. Any suggestions as to why I cannot get this to print?

Re: Unable to print a multi colored ball

something tells me the added color stuff is too thin. you should be able to see if it shows up printing at .05. just to see if you are close.

just make the added colors thicker.

this happens to me way to often.

I have a Prusa,therefore I research.

Even at 150% scale I could not get it to print. I was able however to click "Load Modifier" instead of "Load Part" and it then was able to work. I guess I am not sure the difference of the two commands.
