Switched to PETG from PLA and things went wonky
I switched to PETG after having PLA working well. Worked at first then stopped doing it prints well at all. I've reset the Z Level but it still fails at some point in the print. I recently added a Prusa Blue PETG and it's still doing this. Just added a Frog to print and it got so far and then started moving the print. A very sad thing to see happen when we want to continue printing things that are fun and helpful in what I am doing. Any help would be wonderful. Obviously, I'm not sure how to keep the print from moving. Different than PLA from what I understanding of things. Let me know what I'm missing, please. Still new at this. Started in July.

Usually PETG isn't hard to print. As @diem suggested, give the steel sheet a good cleaning with lots of hot water and additives-free dish washing soap. Get Live Z right. With those two steps you should get good adhesion. PETG likes to stick to itself (in fact, to just about anything), so I take extra care to make sure my nozzle is squeaky clean and I don't have anything stuck to the heater block that PETG might find attractive. I found the Generic PETG profile to work pretty well with most filament brands. Good luck!
i can see marks on the print sheet. Try a thorough clean and see if adhesion improves.
Cheerio.
Will do
Yes, I can do that! Thank you. I've got a new sheet coming as well because I feel this one has been abused too much. Learning has its hardships. Cleaning the nozzle and more will help too.

Good advice!
Cool! Thanks! Will do that. Thanks for the extra pieces of how to do it. When I get time, later today, I'll get this clean and see where it goes from there. Would like to have some of the things I am printing get finished! Done some security camera pieces and have one part left!
Thanks again to both of you!
I was able to use your advice and get things moving again. I did one on PETG and plenty on PLA in printing since I got it working again. Test type of pieces, but good ones! Honest thank you for everything!
