RE: Support needed on letters?
@dma254
Ahh. Dog Bowl. Perfect solution to the food problem. I would still recommend sealing the bowls - I seal just about any print that I intend to get wet or be washed in a dishwasher. The fastest seal that I have found is clear acrylic spray - not for the finish, but because it soaks into the surface layers and fills the little air gaps quickly with low effort.

With bevel I mean using the filet or chamfer tool not to round the outside of the letters but to ease the transition from the bowl to the letter, so you don't have 90 degree over hangs.
Lets check if i can do that:)
And i will check all the food safe issues that you guys are mentioning. Thanks for that!
