Support issue on one section of print

My problem is that I am having difficulty fully removing the support material from one part of my model.  It has two rectangular arms that attach at about a 90 degree angle and on the same plane.  I need the supports because there is a feature that projects below and keeps me from printing these arms directly on the platter.  The supports release perfectly from one arm but not the other.  I have tried PLA and PETG, and also varied the print orientation, same thing every time.  Is there a trick or setting to make this easier?

Please save your project as a .3mf file

Files > Save Project as

Zip the .3mf and post it here. It will contain both your part and your settings for us to diagnose.

OK, I'll try to get that file up.  But here's a picture for now.  You can see the wide arm is clean where the supprts peeled right off but the thinner arm is not.

You may have to tweak the cooling for that arm.  If it is your design, you can draw in your own supports.  I have done this in some cases, where I put one print walls to make shorter bridges.  I saw it on a YouTube video.  Looking at the pattern, it may be printing in the same direction as the support material, not bridging.  Paint on supports and forcing short bridges may help if you cannot add your own supports.  This is an interesting video.
