Yep - Bondtech tension, but there is a lot going on in the way the part is being sliced.  Here's how I would approach it. 

Mod v2_Cuerpo v2 - tm

I'd first do a test print as shown, looking for the artifacts in the first few layers where there is a large overhanging perimeter. Support may or may not help with cosmetics.  The enforcer slab may not be needed - it'll be a judgement call.

And I don't see why this part needs to be solid - so I dropped infill back to 25%. I also slowed down print speeds and reduced flow rate to something common flex will tolerate.

How hot are you printing? Try bumping up your nozzle temperature. 3D850 likes it hot.  I had this exact same problem.

Hi, I'm having a problem printing with this filament, I have tried several configurations, the extruder starts making noise tac tac tac and at the end the filament stops coming out, it happened to someone else and they could solve it. Thank you
