Shell model - STL-file
Hello, I´m herb.
Got the MK3S+ kit some time ago and quite happy this far.
Now to my problem.
I have a STL file with what seems to be a shell model.
How can I add thickness to the model or make it solid?
I have Fusion 360 for amateurs, hobbyists.
Could somebody please point me in direction?
Kind regards
herb

Meshmixer will do the trick…

Thank you Robin for your advice.
I´m on Mac where Meshmixer is discontinued but
similar functions will be found in F360 as I understand it.
RE: Shell model - STL-file
I am on Mac as well. Meshmixer for Mac is still available for download on the usual download sites and the final version is still running on my Mac (Ventura). The mesh manipulation is available in Fusion360 but it‘s not as straight forward and fast as it is in Meshmixer (in my opinion and on my system).

Which download site would you recommend?
RE: Shell model - STL-file
This one works: https://meshmixer.de.softonic.com/Mac or use the original one in the archive: https://web.archive.org/web/20200220222607/http://www.meshmixer.com/download.html

Ok, Robin. Got Meshmixer up and running.
Thank you very much!
