Settings Prusament PETG in combination with PVA
I have got the MMU2s working.
I try to print Prusament PETG in extruder 1 and Prima Select PVA in extruder 5.
Had problems with the PETG sticking on the plate.
Standard settings in Prusaslicer are 230 degrees for PETG. On the box is 240-260. Is there a reason the standard is on 230 degrees?
I did set the temp for PETG on 250 and that works.
Problem is a very rough wipe tower causing crashes with the extruder head. The extruder kicked the wipe tower of the plate half way. The item itselves is perfect.
Any idea what the best settings would be for this combination in Prusa slicer?
RE: Settings Prusament PETG in combination with PVA
I cleaned the plate with warm water and detergent. Then with acetone. PETG back to 230 degrees hotend and 60 degrees bed temp. standard PVA settings. Printed without manual interference. Only problem it the wipe tower which is still a bit messy.
