Same code and filament spool...Different result on two printers
Hello, I have two Prusa printers, One original and second "original" but generaly put together by someone else from original spare parts. The thing is, the two printers do not print the same, sometimes the difference is huge, sometimes small, but on the picture is an example when the difference is not so big:
The right is much smoother and better in general in the whole temperature range 250 - 225 °C for PetG. Any ideas what to tweak to have same results? Gcode is same, the material is same spool, room temperature is same....
Thanks

Worn nozzle, different belt tension, worn bearings, just a few things that could be different.

Well, when I use "better quality" filament, I get same results on both. I would expect that it could be something more related to temperature, extrusion precision? Any specific ideas?

Anyway, nozzle is new, belt tension ~same, bearings doesnt seem as problem, printer is almost new. Anything more to check?

You might check the settings on both machines to see that they match, I'll mention "Flow" as an example.
Without sitting in front of the machines it's a guessing game.
