I found my filament sensor degraded over time until I finally got around to cleaning it and periodically giving it a blast with an air canister. It's still sensitive to some filaments, but I've found regular clearing helps to the point that I usually leave it on unless a specific filament causes problems. Try cleaning yours out and see if it improves.</p><p> </p>]]></content:encoded>

                        <content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Thanks for the tip, I'll try it on monday when I'm actually able to supervise the print.</p><p> </p><p>I have the MK3 only.</p><p> </p><p>Strangely only the orange colored filaments cause this issue, but the truth is I mostly print black, once I had brown and a yellow filament, all print fine, only the bright "safety" orange ones cause this issue.</p><p> </p><p>But thanks for the tip, I'll give it a try as printing orange would be helpful for me as I need bright colors for safety/clarity reasons (we use 3D prints in actual factory for various support tasks like parts feeding, sorting, etc...)</p>]]></content:encoded>

The autoload will not work, but if you print successfully, then certainly the sensor is not functioning correctly - you will then find here oh the forum several hints how to repair.</p>]]></content:encoded>

                        <content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Hi all, this may sound strange, but I'm having trouble printing with orange colored filaments.</p><p> </p><p>I tried PETG, ABS, now ASA, all cause the same issue: while printing, suddenly the printer stops, starts beeping and tells me to unload the filament. Once I do that I load it back up, the printer picks up where it left off and continues printing. But this weird behavior repeats almost every 30 minutes of printing or so. Which is absolutely unacceptable.</p><p> </p><p>I have never had this issue with any other filaments I used (mainly PETG, ABS, various colors, but mostly black).</p><p> </p><p>Any ideas?</p>]]></content:encoded>
