RE: Printing with supports

Normal Prusa Slicer only has infill/perimeter overlap , the Super Slicer setting is making an internal fixed at 100% in PS, value visible to the user.

Using defaults to print this set. A radius chamfer on holes is a known "don't do that" ... the underside of a bridged layer is also a known "won't look good".  In all, this doesn't look that bad.

RE: Printing with supports

Printed a second one with different support settings, came off much easier this time and the bottoms still look pretty good.

RE: Printing with supports

What seems off to me is that the rings of the bridged perimeter don't fully connect with the infill.  You'd really think the slicer would be able to detect the condition and increase the fill density or add overlap when bridging.  I may try changing the perimeter bridge detection to OFF and try again - but I'm getting tire of failing with this. lol.
