Printing with ABS

Hi,

could you name the problems and possible solutions for what I am seeing with this inner part of the object? Eventually this gets somehow covered by the top layers and evens out somewhat, but I wonder why do I have these holes there?

Sliced in Prusa Slicer (2.0) for Mk3S @0.15mm. Does look similar when sliced and printed in 0.30mm too.

Best Answer by Bunny Science:

Your solid infill and bridging is not able to cleanly span that very sparse infill

I would increase %infill so it doesn't have to bridge as far.

Maybe also do not use the small infill for the bottom part at all, make it solid, at least where the long parts go across Even so, it is not such a bad result, if this is still covered with nice top layers, you can live it. It is not a wrong function of printer, you do not need to be afraid, it is just about settings.

Chce si to pohrát s nastavením PrusaSliceru 😉
