Printing / Supports

I'm looking for help printing the attached file.  It doesn't seem to matter what type of support I select in PrusaSlicer, or which way I orient the object on the bed, the results are less than satisfactory.   I would appreciate any suggestions from someone versed in supports.

That attached fine.  What about your attempts are unsatisfactory when printed ?  Personally I would print it with the large hole upright without support and then ream out the holes with suitable sized drill bits.  Like such -

As in the attached modified 3mf project.

Then a quick bit of post processing with a needle file into the groove if needed (the groove will naturally guide the file which makes it easier than adding the seam on the pointed raised edge opposite).  No supports to remove and you can ream the small exterior holes to size by hand with drill bits in a pin vice.  If you don't have a pin vice they are a useful printing project on their own 🙂

You need to zip up any files attached for the forum. It only allows a very limited number of file types. Just save your PRUSA slicer project file (3mf) and zip it up first.

Your solution is much simpler.  I'll give it a try.

And thanks again for the zip file tip.
