Yeah, in my experience with the particular part, well previous versions of it, it would have already begun to warp by now.  8.5 hours go. and still no warping.

ps: now to determine a minimal amount of this hacking that is needed to stop the warp. Is one X enough, 5, 25?  I ask because my basket that is 100% full of hexes warps. Not sure how I'd apply this X here and there fix to it.  Perhaps its the full height lineal voids that are actually helping the most.

yeah, I may order another spool of this sunlu clear and try some variations of this to see how minimal I can get.  Adding the cut-outs definitely cuts down on the filament use lol.  I think the first time out it was almost half a spool! 🙂

I'm feeling like maybe Swiss referred to this, but those outside perimeters are long runs of filament.  maybe break those up?  I did that in my model using arrays of torii so that the outside perimeters were broken up.

also, in Dan's version of my model he broke them up with the vertical voids.  I do feel like in your model that's the only thing left that could be broken up.

yeah I've had reasonable success with it.  But that's the only clear I've tried so take that with a grain of salt lol.  As far as translucents with color, I've done Sainsmart pro pink petg, Taulman3D T-glase , and Novamaker blue petg.  Did a couple medicine cups in vase mode and had good success with all of them.  

I was going to ask Dan, since he's mentioned the printing with Glass stuff before, if he'd had good success with that.  The author of that printing with glass article says the best for printing the ultra clear stuff is the overture clear, which I've not used before.  I was wanting to try some of those transparent prints.

Congrats - the ultimate anger is when you run out of filament with 2 minutes left and you do not have any more.

Nope.  I use it for fin cans and nose cones.  Stands out in the grass and trees.

Nice. I was wondering what the ears were for.  I may try making another basket with full height slots in a few places. But I need the strength of a full panel due to wall thickness being at a minimum.  I'll add feedback here if I learn anything helpful.
