Print real heads

Hello friends, I just bought my first MK3S 3D printer as a hobby.
I suffer from a disease that left me quadriplegic and I use an optical device to manipulate my laptop (and I really do it very well)
I want to start my hobby by printing full heads of my family members and I am looking for 3D design programs that are not so complicated to manipulate.
In my research I found the CRAZY TALK 8 program that with 2 photos (one in front and one in profile) I can generate a 3D head.
Then with the ICLONE program and other tools within that program, I generate an OBJ file ... Question: Can I print this file in 3D, or do I need another step?
Is there another simpler way to generate a 3D head to print?
Sorry if I was very extensive in the information; I also use the Google translator and there may be different interpretations.
Greetings to all.

This is a direct OBJ file import to Prusa Slicer:

This sounds quite interesting. Do you have a sample of the generated OBJ files we could see?

This wasn't created in any specific tool... and is not a 3D object from photos.  It is from a fairly complex model, and to properly manipulate it requires some finesse.  It really isn't even designed to be 3D printed, some of the bits and pieces are not fully formed 3D objects, instead, they are simple 2D objects formed into 3D shapes (2 dimensional - no depth).

Lol - to be clear - I was NOT using Crazy Talk for that object ... I do not know how well those obj's will work with slicer.

But is did find this tutorial for making faces in Crazy Talk - and it looks rather fun.

Yes it's very funny!,
I still investigate the ether and I think you can get it with the file generated with Crazy Talk 8, export it to the ZBRUSH program and generate the stl file for 3D printing
<It's all in theory> but in a few days I try to put it into practice to see what results. 😉

RE: Print real heads

I actually have some images taken years ago that would be fun to use with Crazy Talk - both for the "talking head" feature - and for trying to print a 3D model from the photos.   Keep us informed of your progress.
