Please help a noob

Hello everyone

After I was able to fix my beginner problems bit by bit and my MK3 made me very happy for a while, I unfortunately destroyed my hotend at some point and had to replace it completely. So far so good. But now I'm back to field 1 of my beginner printing problems.

As you can see in the attached picture, the first layer is not smooth. I have tried to fix this with the following methods.

Thorough cleaning of the print bed several times with dish soap and isopropanol.

Z-offset adjustment.

Adjusting the flow. I imagine that it gets better when I increase the filament flow.

I really feel that the new hotend with new nozzle and all the bells and whistles doesn't have the same flow as the old maltreated, mangled, tortured one.

Unfortunately, the print detaches from the print bed after a while, which I can prevent with glue stick and I am currently testing increasing the print bed temperature.

But I would like to know (I know it is, but lets pretend user error is not the issue), if my first layer currently looks so shitty because:

1.) Z-Offset is not yet set appropriately?

2) Maybe my filament (Prusament PLA) is not dry enough? Unfortunately I don't have a filament dryer yet

3.) Add another possible reason

I hope that someone with experience can tell me from the picture where the main problem lies.

Thanks in advance

So, I fixed the problem myself. The Z-offset was much too far away from the print bed. I sweated blood, afraid of scratching the printing plate, but now my 3D printer is working again. I'm happy now.
