Plater side of print weird
I am printing a cover and box in the same print. The plater side of the cover is acceptable but the plater side of the box is all screwed up. The entire box prints out fine but what's up with the plater side.
RE: Plater side of print weird
Are these two parts loaded as separate files or one multipart file? If the latter try 'Split to objects' and then slice.
Otherwise save your project as a .3mf file and post it here for us to diagnose.
Cheerio,
RE: Plater side of print weird
These are two parts loaded from separate files. Thank you.
RE: Plater side of print weird
Attached .3mf file but error message says 'file type not allowed'

@jerry-s
It is not flat on the print bed!
If you look from the right side and zoom in you see there is a slight gap between the part and bed
Easy fix, select object, select "Place on face" (middle icon to the left), pick the top face, then the bottom face. Done!
Been there done that, more than once 🙄

DONE! Good job...........this printer would be collecting dust if it wasn't for this forum. Thank you.

@jerry-s
Concur. I have and ender-3 under a cocoon of dust because the same does not exist for them.
