PETG Stringing and broke my prusaprinter
I am now testing printing with PETG, but this is exactly not working.
The printer eats up the PETG (which gets stuck at the top of the hotend and the nozzle).
When it gets warmer, a blob of PETG falls down on the print.
The print is therefore not beautiful.
What's worse is that I've now had to turn my printer apart again.
Everything was completely filled with PETG remnants.
I have the impression that my printer is not properly adjusted for printing with PETG.
Does anyone have an idea when you look at the pictures?

You printer is not properly adjusted for PETG. Also, you probably have a gap between the nozzle and heatbreak.

The PINDA probe look strange - it should be upright (perpendicular to the heat bed), but it looks as if its angle is off. Do you print too hot? Does cooling the cold end of the extruder work properly? (the fan should blow directly at the heat sink - check that its working correctly)

It looks like the heat warped the Pinda holder.

Warping of the PINDA holder is a known issue with some early MK3S printers. The extruder design was flawed - and folk printing ABS or Nylon in enclosures were the first to observe it. It has supposedly been fixed in later releases.

As for the mess - and I hate to be blunt, but there is no other way to say this - the hot end was taken apart and reassembled but the manual and other guides were ignored and you made this mess yourself.
E3D has an excellent set of guides to assemble the hot end; Prusa has similar guides. When users work on the hot end and fail to follow these guide to the letter, the hot end leaks, filling everything around the hot end with melted plastic.
Buy a new hot end from Prusa... and next time, when you swap nozzles, read the danged instructions.

we had the same Problem, the Reason was, that the Nozzle was not tightly fixed (5Nm). We have the Problem only with hardened Steel Nozzels after each (hot) Print PETG or PC it was loose.

As a minor correction, the problem isn't that the nozzle wasn't torqued properly. More often users rebuild the hot end and do not seat the nozzle against the heat break (HEX not in contact with block). Instead, they torque it into the heater block to 5 nm (HEX in contact with block).
