I have to clean between PETG and PLA and Vice VERSA.

Yes. Any change in filament type  ---> wash with hot water and Dawn with cotton ball or occasionally Mr. Clean Magic Eraser.

Great. So sounds like most of you had no issues of TOO much adhesion using an IPA wipe.  I’ll probably continue with occasional dish soap washes and IPA before each print. 

Been awaiting parts and traveling, sorry for the slow response. Just a clarification: Using PETG, nGen or other sticky filaments, I definitely suffer from too much adhesion. My 1st experience with high-temp PETG was a disaster, indirectly responsible for purchasing several spring steel sheet and surface alternatives. I put down Windex for normal (<~240C) sticky filaments, a glue stick for high temp stuff. I do, however, still do a clean of the PEI beforehand to ensure an even application. In my experience, consistency has been the key to getting reproducible results. That includes PEI surface adhesion, filament extrusion, temps and any other thing I can think of.
