Read my edited post above. I got back to my pc and checked and that option is not available in PrusaSlicer so it looks like you are out of luck. At least with Prusa Slicer.

So i was doing it correctly. And there is no g-code command for enabling options, right?

You can try adding in manual sacrificial support
The video @sylviatrilling pointed you to shows one method of dealing with such problems. Here's a contrived print that, I hope, represents the problem you're dealing with:
Assume we need to print it with the small cylindrical part up. There's a flat underside with a hole that is difficult to print without support. If you right-click on the part and select Add part, you can add a cylinder that can be resized and positioned to provide a continuous bridged layer without the opening. In this example, I've added a cylinder, resized it to 30x30x0.2mm (1 layer thick), then repositioned it at the layer that the support begins.
After slicing, the bridging layer is printed without the opening.
I'd have to spend a few seconds with a deburring tool removing the sacrificial layer after printing, but it would -- technically at least -- do what you're looking for. Mind you, bridging tends not to look good. Apply variable layer heights or apply a modifier to use a thinner layer height at that bridge layer height. In this example, I'd want to use a 0.2mm layer height there.
Whether or not this produces sufficient quality for resale is something you'll have to decide. If the underside remains hidden, this result may be sufficient.
I'm understanding you've ruled out using supports, correct? Supports have improved markedly in the latest PrusaSlicer Alpha builds.
Unfortunately, without the actual part, we're playing a bit of a guessing game. Is there any way you could cut the STL down to only the "interesting" bits for testing? Or sketch something that shows the main problem you're working around?
