NinjaFlex Prints fine first few layers and then clogs

I am trying to print a facemask and part of it using NinjaFlex. The first few layers are fine, but then the filiment seems to get clogged in the feed gears. The nozzle isnt clogged, but it just stops feeding. I have the retraction off, nozzle at 230 and bed at 50.

I've noticed that when this is about to start happening, the filament seems to get clumpy and notice little boogers of filament on the layer.

any suggestions on what i am doing that would fix this?

I did a small scale test and aside from some stringing, it worked fine, but this was a much smaller piece.

Thanks

The spring shoot be very loose, because the filament is not strong you are not allowed to push hard. (if you go back to pla, make the spring strong again). If you push to hard it will bend, you have to play with speed and temperature.

Speed, slow down.

Temp needs to be higher than standard.

Test the settings.
