Need help what to look at.

I have a rather simple object (almost a block) I made in Autodesk Fusion 360. The issue I ran into is after 36 hrs of printing the filament seemed to be jammed and the printer was just moving freely above acting like it was printing but nothing coming out. I first thought this was a mechanical error so I reset everything and cleaned the extruder. I set up the printer to print again and sure enough same spot if did same thing. Now in my mind there no way in same spot a mechanical error would occur. How do I assume it same spot... when measured both pieces that failed where at 18.43mm high.  I thought this might be a file error at this point so I remade the gcode and sure enough fail #3 at same spot.

Now what do I look at that might be causing this?  So far I used 3/4 of a 1kg reel of filament which is a big waste.

RE: Need help what to look at.

There are many types of jams, and a photo of the filament just after a jam is useful as a diagnostic.

Immediately after you discover it has jammed, do a normal UNLOAD of the filament. Take a photo of the melt end and post it (use the LINK TO: MEDIA FILE option before you insert it into the post.

A photo of the failed part surface can also be helpful, and layer height and filament type being used.

Here's a couple that did the same for me.
