Nasty little zits overtaking my studio! HELP

  Hey folks.

These little zips are showing up on all my machines (x4) I don't understand. Any help would be great!

if it's on all machine so it can't be hardware, only software or filament. My guess is it's wet filament.

I'm with fuchsr on that one, definitely looks like a filament problem.

If drying the filament doesn't help or only partially help, check if the offending filament came from the same production batch. If different colors are affected check if they were produced around the same time, Your manufacturer could have run into a bad or different batch of base plastic.

Happened to me with a local NZ brand. I bought a few spools PLA of different colors at the same time and they all were really bad (became extremely brittle after a short time, both before and after printing). Other PLA from the same company, bought significantly earlier printed absolutely perfect and lasted well.

My personal suspicion is that smaller manufacturers have less control over their supply chain and might have to buy what they can get their hands on.

RE:

A possible reason could be too much retraction. Perhaps reduce it and see if the issue is fixed
