MK3S - All Prints Half Size

Just today, my MK3S started printing everything at half size. XYZ dimensions are all half of what it says in the slicer. (I've tested on both Prusaslicer and Simplify3D).

I've done an XYZ calibration, updated firmwares, tested through Octoprint and through the SD Card, used multiple STLs. Hardware is stock (with the exception of a new thermistor) and the slicer settings are Prusa default. I'm only printing in PLA.

Any thoughts?

Thanks

Sorry for the double post. I have a development.

I took the gcode file (without any modifying to it) and put it in my CR-10, and it had the exact same problem. Comes out at half size.

My next guess was that this could be because these files were made in Tinkercad (since that's a commonality), so I tried printing a file from Thingiverse I had on my PC for a while (a basic cube). And then the same problem. Also tried using two different PCs to slice, and that didn't help either. I'm really at a loss on this one.

Man, I really wish I could edit my posts.

Ignore that last comment about the CR-10. Compared wrong test files.

RE: MK3S - All Prints Half Size

Post your project file from Prusa Slicer (File>Save projects As) which will save the model and all the settings as a .3mf.  You will need to zip it up as the forum doesnt accept 3mf files or stls etc but will a zip archive)

If you could include a copy of the gcode that you used in the archive too that would be great.  We can then try and figure out whats happening.

As a first step if you open up Prusa Slicer and right click on the plater and add a basic part like a cube.  Make it 10mm square and slice & print that.  Then measure the printed cube.  If it prints out at 10mm then that would rule out anything on the printer or slicer and point towards the modelling software.  Often when exported if you dont have settings correct or matching it can cause these sorts of issues.
