jam in nozzle when getting to a detail (Prusament PETG)

Please see picture (lower right corner)- the print of the detail (6mm pipe 10mm long with 2.5mm hole) results in a jam in the nozzle and the Prusament PETG grinds in the extruder gear. When unloading and loading filament all is ok until that Detail.
I printed a small piece, it works (see left side). I suspect this is a temperature cooling stetting that I do not get... any help would be very welcome!
I also printed yesterday the Extruder MK3S to MK3S+ upgrade (6h20m PETG), 1st attempt no issue marvelous print (so this issue is with the MK3S and MK3S+ extruder assembly).

Do you really have an MK3S extruder on your MINI printer?
