Imperfections (Globs?) Forming at Same Spot
Hello everyone,
First time poster to a Prusa forum here. Seeking some answers to a issue I'm seeing with almost all my prints lately.
I have a Prusa i3 MK3S+ and have had it for a few years now. It's been AWESOME and I've always been able to solve my problems somewhat easily until now.
I've updated to all the latest firmware and software, I've leveled the bed, calibrated the first layer, self tested all belts and fans, and calibrated XYZ several times in my initial attempts to solve this problem.
As you can see in the photos, there is an imperfection that occurs every time in the same spot, in the same layer, and it results in melted filament getting stuck and "globbing" in the same location every time. When I leave it alone for several hours during a print, I've often come back to find a spiderweb of cooled filament mess on my bed with a crappy crappy print.
Do I need to replace the nozzle? Get a new metal bed sheet? I've scanned meticulously the Y elevator screws for junk and cannot find any signs of why this may be happening.
