How Make a Printed Part Stronger?
I am printing the part shown in ASA because it is used outdoors. It is 3mm thick, 85mm long and 50 mm wide. I am having trouble with the part breaking at the joint indicated by the red circle and dotted line. There is approximately 12 lbs of weight (force) intermittently pressing against the inside wall indicated by the blue lines. I have increased the outer layer thickness but it still breaks after a few weeks of use. Any suggestions would be much appreciated!

Export the .3mf project file from PrusaSlicer, Zip the project and post it here and I will take a look and see if I can help.
Note: if the project is not Zipped the forums file server will not allow it to be posted.

Try this and see how it preforms. I moved the seams, the majority of them were being placed in the area you pointed out as the weak area, Changing the orientation on the bed was part of this. I also added 2 more perimeters and adjusted them for proper overlap. I changed the modifier in the problem area and made it a solid infill.
BClip T9 4X4 + Weep Holes v4_Swiss.Zip
I would expect better performance. Let us know how it goes.
Good Luck
